Moore, M.D. Meet Tom Waliser, M.D. Meet the Staff Location & Map Nurse Practitioner I have worked in the medical field for 26 years. I received my BSN in Nursing at the University of Texas in Austin and was trained as a Woman's Health Care Nurse Practitioner at UT Medical Branch in Dallas, Texas. My background varies from psychiatric nursing to working in the hospital in Labor & Delivery, postpartum, nursery and surgery. As a Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner, I have worked with Dr. Moore since February 1999 and have since refined my skills in gynecology with well woman exams and procedures, infertility, urodynamic testing, biofeedback, IV sedation and recovery. I can honestly say this is the best practice I have had the pleasure and privilege to work with. My wonderful 18 YO daughter is now a freshman in college at CSU. I have always enjoyed a variety of outdoor sports but recently converted most of my time to cycling. Since joining the Rocky Mountain Cycling Club, I quickly progressed to cycling 100 to 130 mile rides all over Colorado. Great fun!
